As I stepped into the venue of INBOUND 2024, hosted by HubSpot in Boston, I was immediately immersed in the energy of one of the world’s most significant gatherings for marketing, sales, and customer success professionals. With over 200 speakers, more than 11,000 in-person attendees, and over 100,000 live stream views, INBOUND has truly evolved into a global phenomenon.
Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah started INBOUND in 2012. Since then, it has transformed from a modest event into an annual must-attend summit, drawing tens of thousands eager to learn about the latest industry trends, strategies, and innovations.
This three-day conference, featuring keynote presentations from industry leaders, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and hands-on training sessions, is where thought leaders and business innovators come together to share insights, explore new tools, and build connections that reshape business.
I attended INBOUND 2024 from September 17th to 20th, 2024, with INSIDEA’s Founder and CEO, Pratik Thakker, our COO, Marshall Fernandes, and Saksham Goswami from our HubSpot team. I had a front-row seat to everything from the launch of Breeze Intelligence to the latest HubSpot products, as well as networking opportunities that helped us grow professionally and make strategic moves.

Partners Day at INBOUND 2024, specifically for HubSpot partners, set the perfect stage for us at INSIDEA to dive into meaningful collaborations and discussions. It gave us an exclusive look at HubSpot’s upcoming initiatives, setting the stage for productive discussions and strategic planning.
Our team connected with industry leaders integral to our partnership with HubSpot. Our conversations with Strategic Partner Development Manager Nathan Singer opened up insights into future collaborations and business development opportunities.
Furthermore, our discussion with Richard White, founder of Fathom, explored potential integrations and strategic alignments that could benefit both companies.

Day 1 at INBOUND 2024: A Day Full of Insights and Interaction

The first official day of INBOUND 2024 welcomed the public with strategic meetings, engaging keynotes, and the introduction of new, innovative products. I connected directly with several HubSpot leaders and partners pivotal to our strategic vision.
We started our day with Peter Lorant, the Global VP of Partner Business Development, who shared valuable insights that could expand our strategic engagements within HubSpot’s ecosystem. Discussions with Jian Lee from Aircall about advancing our tech integrations offered exciting possibilities for collaboration. We also met and presented a trophy to Vanessa Oguchi from the HubSpot Academy to recognize her significant contributions to marketing education.
Kristina Bailey, the Manager of Strategic Partner Development, updated us on new strategic tools and initiatives that could benefit our projects. Throughout the day, Julie Rosenberg, our primary contact at HubSpot, helped us navigate the bustling conference schedule, ensuring we maximized our time at each session and networking opportunity.
The keynote sessions were particularly inspiring, highlighting the powerful synergy between AI and human creativity across various business functions. Talks emphasized using AI tools like Breeze and Copilot, which are designed to enhance efficiency and strategic outreach. HubSpot’s demonstration of Breeze Intelligence showcased how data analytics could be transformed into more actionable insights, something we’re keenly interested in integrating more deeply.
One of the standout sessions was by Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, who discussed Dream to Reality: How a Disney Story Comes to Life. His insights into Disney’s approach to storytelling and technology’s role in bringing characters to life were fascinating and incredibly relevant to how we create our client narratives.
Between sessions at INBOUND, we explored booths and connected with industry leaders, discovering new tools that could enhance our service offerings. Each interaction brought valuable insights, helping us shape strategies to serve our clients better and integrate these innovations effectively.
Day 2 at INBOUND 2024: Strategic Discussions and Insightful Sessions

The second day of INBOUND 2024, our final day at the conference, was marked by significant meetings and engaging sessions.
Our day began with a notable meeting with Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot, alongside top diamond partners. We presented our achievements, highlighting INSIDEA’s successful onboarding of over 500 companies in the past year, a milestone that notably impressed everyone. Following the discussion, we had the honor of presenting Yamini with a trophy, commemorating our successful partnership and shared goals.
We also met with Tara from the sales department. Impressed by our performance numbers, she expressed a keen interest in further supporting our initiatives. She discussed setting up strategic follow-up meetings to explore how HubSpot could further facilitate our growth.
We attended a fireside chat titled The Power of Unified Data, Product Led Growth, and Revenue, featuring Andy Pitre, EVP of Product at HubSpot, Francois Ajenstat, CPO at Amplitude, and Karen Ng, SVP of Product at HubSpot. The discussion revolved around how unified data can accelerate customer value and enhance retention, the significance of product-led growth (PLG), and the importance of continuous experimentation. Key takeaways emphasized aligning marketing, product, and sales teams for a unified customer view, leveraging PLG to drive sales, and the necessity of continuous experimentation to optimize user experiences.
We wrapped up our day by exploring Boston, gathering souvenirs, and reflecting on the insights gained. Although it was our last day at the conference, the sessions and meetings provided us with substantial strategies and ideas to implement going forward.
