Common questions.
What counts as a 'closed engagement' for commission?
Any paid INSIDEA engagement that signs within 30 days of your referral first hitting our site through your tracking link. Counts for the initial contract and any expansion within the first 12 months on the same account.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. The program is for referring third parties. If your own company needs HubSpot, RevOps, or AI work, contact us directly and we will scope it normally.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
No. Commission applies to engagements of any size. Small fast wins still earn out, larger engagements naturally pay more.
How do payouts work?
Monthly payouts via Stripe, PayPal, or wire transfer. Most affiliates pick whichever option has the lowest fees in their country. Payouts go out by the 10th of each month for prior-month closed revenue.
What happens if the customer churns?
Commission earned on closed engagements is yours. We do not claw back if the customer later churns. We do reserve the right to flag fraudulent referrals (your own accounts, fake leads, etc) and withhold those commissions.
Do I get visibility into the deals I refer?
Yes. The Affiliate dashboard shows referral status from first click through to closed deal, so you always know what is in pipeline and when payouts are coming.
