From leaving his hometown in pursuit of career growth to becoming a global innovator, Pratik Thakker has always believed in the power of possibility. As the Founder & CEO of INSIDEA, he’s on a mission to create a world without borders – a world where talent knows no boundaries and anyone, regardless of their location, can access the best job opportunities.
In pursuit of better work opportunities, he made the challenging decision to relocate abroad, leaving his family behind. Throughout this journey, he often longed for the companionship of loved ones. His dream was to create a pathway that would afford individuals the opportunity to access global work prospects without leaving their home countries. At that time, it was just an idea—a vision. Seven years of dedicated effort later, he transformed this dream into reality, giving rise to INSIDEA. The inception of INSIDEA marked the realization of his vision, connecting the dots by outsourcing to India and providing a platform for individuals to work globally while remaining rooted in their home countries.
